Clear Building Survey was developed by Peter Fall, former President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). A Clear Building Survey is a unique way to find out everything you need to know about the condition of your future home. Written in plain English and using colour photography, the Clear Building Survey is designed to be a ‘living’ document. Expert advice is supported by practical recommendations, including remedial works and likely costs for repairs coupled with an ‘urgency’ rating. All Clear Building Surveys are carried out by experienced professionals, who are members of the RICS, offering expert and impartial advice. Every Clear Building Survey is carried out by a fully qualified and experienced Chartered Surveyor, who has undergone rigorous extra training and examination to reach the high standards we demand.
