Loft Insulation

Loft Insulation is one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways of improving home energy efficiency.  How much you can save on your heating bills depends on the thickness of the insulation.

The current recommendation from the Energy Saving Trust (EST) is now 270mm (around 10.5 inches).  This will give savings of around £205 a year on heating bills and will reduce carbon emissions by nearly one tonne a year.

As help towards the cost of insulating the home Grants are provided by the Government and Utility companies and Eaga can access this funding.
