Westminster City Council

Westminster Case Study

Working in partnership with Local Government to provide a large scale telephone based fuel poverty advice line. Westminster’s fuel poverty advice line is the first of its type to package welfare benefits and fuel poverty advice into one service. Working in partnership with the local authority Eaga has played a key role in establishing a full service contact centre combined with a specialist welfare benefit service.
