The Legal Services Commission provides access to legal advice in England and Wales. They work in partnership with solicitors and not-for-profit organisations to get people the information, advice and legal help they need to deal with a wide range of problems.

Westminster City Council
Working in partnership with Local Government to provide a large scale telephone based fuel poverty advice line. Westminster’s fuel poverty advice line is the first of its type to package welfare benefits and fuel poverty advice into one service. Working in partnership with the local authority Eaga has played a key role in establishing a full service contact centre combined with a specialist welfare benefit service.
