WarmSure
A key player in the Heating Division, WarmSure is a joint venture between eaga and Caradon Ideal Limited.
Caradon Ideal is a major player in the high efficiency gas boiler market. The company currently employs around 100 Service Engineers and operates a National call centre from its base in Hull. Caradon Ideal’s sister company, Caradon Stelrad, is the UK market leader in the supply of radiators.
WarmSure was created to undertake gas central heating servicing and repair work on behalf of both eaga and Ideal. WarmSure aims to deliver enhanced levels of customer service by substantially increase the number of engineers employed and driving the benefits of a shared approach.
An exciting development for both organisations, who are dedicated to driving excellent customer service, WarmSure aims to be ready to deliver in excess of 200,000 service and repair visits annually by December of 2007.
The WarmSure contact centre, based in Hull, is already building on the quality service currently being provided by Ideal and will help us deliver high levels of customer service to all our clients.
