Handling more than 3,000 calls a day from a wide range of clients, eaga’s specialist contact centre also delivers surveys and assessment operations for eaga and other clients.


The contact centre is equipped with the latest technology and supports more than 150 staff that deal with both inbound and outbound calls.


The highly skilled team is equipped to deal with applications and enquiries from the Warm Front grant scheme on behalf of eaga and supports schemes operated on behalf of local authorities and energy companies.
