Profile of Dave
When I was first offered the position of electrician with Eaga I was a little apprehensive about leaving my employer, however since then I’ve never looked back.
Only one year on, I know that becoming an Eaga Partner was one of my wisest decisions. I really feel like everyone at Eaga cares, and they care about everything; the customers, each other but mostly the company. There is a passion running from management right down to the engineers at the face of the business.
I know the company wants to invest in its Partners too. Since I joined last April I have gained an extra City & Guilds and I am about to embark on a further City & Guilds course in photovoltaic energy so that Eaga can progress into future markets.
The bonus targets set for electricians are also extremely realistic and for people who are prepared to put in the effort the rewards are there.
Eaga aims to become the UK's leading electrical services provider within five years there is plenty of scope for those that wish to further there career. I have been given the post of Qualifying Supervisor within my first year. I also get the chance to input into the ongoing improvement of quality and service at Eaga and my efforts are always greatly appreciated.
